You don't have to be an Olympian to eat healthy! WIth so much information out there today, learn from Certified Fitness Nutrition and Olympic Hopeful Jenny Brogdon some easy guides to eating right!
Ignite Fitness will be offering two affordable 5-week series simple nutrition courses, providing applicable tools and techniques for you and your family to help live a healthy lifestyle. Each session will be 45 min in length.
Nutrition Basics will consist of the basics of metabolism boosting, portion sizing, and other quick tips to get your nutrition off to the right start.
Advanced Nutrition will build off the first class with advanced learnings of fridge-building, calorie estimating, and great information to kick into action your healthy lifestyle.
Check the calendar: Nutrition Basics will start the 3rd week of October. Two opportunities: one held during lunch, the other on Saturday morning.
Members and non-member rates available, please see front desk for class descriptions and to register. There must be at least five participants in order to make a class a go. Bring a friend!

Greetings! My name is Jenny Brogdon, I am the new gym manager and so glad to join the family at Ignite Fitness! I am doing all things possible to make it to the Olympic Trials on my home turf at University of Oregon, for a chance to compete at the 2012 London Olympics in the high jump. My new position at Ignite Fitness helps enhance these goals; doing individual personal training, group classes, nutrition education, and getting our name out to the community.
